Start the day off with
- At 2PM Play Like The Pros – where you and your family can play on the official court of the Memphis Grizzlies.
- At 5PM you’ll be invited back into FedEx Forum to watch the Memphis Grizzlies warm up court-side before the game tips off.
- At 7PM head to your seats to watch the Memphis Grizzlies take on the Dallas Mavericks.

MusliMEMfest is an annual one-day festival organized by Muslims in Memphis, The event showcases exhibits, ethnic food, exhibit, and stand up comedy, it takes place every year at Memphis Agricenter. Attended by Memphis multicultural community members and surrounding cities, approximately 3000 people attended our one day festival last year. Shopped at different vendors booth, and ate delicious ethnic food from variety food vendors. Fun filled games for children and family in a festive atmosphere for the entire city of Memphis.

We honor his legacy by focusing on current day issues including the dreamers, immigrants, and social and racial equality. In these troubling times when voices of hatred and bigotry have been magnified, all of us must consider what we are willing to do to affect a positive change. About the speakers
Dr. Yasir Qadhi
Yasir Qadhi was born in Houston,Texas and completed his primary and secondary education in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He graduated with a B.Sc.in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston, after which he was accepted as a student at the Islamic University of Madinah. After completing a diploma in Arabic, he graduated with a B.A. from the College of Hadith and Islamic Sciences. Thereafter, he completed a M.A. in Islamic Theology from the College of Dawah, after which he returned to America and completed his doctorate, in Religious Studies, from Yale University. in Religious Studies, from Yale University.
Maryum Ali – Daughter of Muhammad Ali
Maryum Ali was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and is the eldest child of boxing legend Muhammad Ali’s nine children. She is Social Worker with 18 years of experience in juvenile delinquency prevention and youth development and has worked in many capacities in this field. Maryum has worked with over 300 families and was a Regional Manager for the Mayor’s Office of Gang Reduction & Youth Development in the City of Los Angeles.
